MP Visit to 4R Group HQ

Local MP Yvette Cooper visited our new HQ in Knottingley recently to meet staff and officially open the office.

Yvette was very interested in what 4R Group do to restore soil on contaminated sites such as old pit sites so they are green again.  She said “We’ve lots of old sites in our area where nothing grows because the soil is too contaminated by former industry. Yet we need those sites for regeneration, jobs and restoring the countryside for future generations. So it was fascinating to see the work 4R Group are doing and to see skilled jobs in our area.”
