Top Marks on Achilles Verify Accreditation

4R Group has recently achieved excellent Health and Safety (100%), Environmental (96%), Quality (98%) and Corporate Responsibility (100%) scores as part of their second assessment for Achilles UVDB B2 Verify Accreditation.

The UVDB Verify audit is undertaken independently by Achilles and provides a rigorous assessment of a company’s risk critical issues with a particularly strong focus on demonstrable compliance to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Corporate Responsibility requirements.

The audit was undertaken over a two-day period and both management systems and on site procedures were appraised.

The detailed assessment focused on evaluating both the company’s in house health, safety, quality and environmental systems as well as an on-site installation where site method statements, risk assessments, safe systems of work and site arrangements were assessed.

Achilles accreditation is required by a number of the Utilities and their principal contractors. Over 30 Utility companies and more than 35 of their contracting partners use the UVDB system to qualify their supply chain through a standard assessment of their management systems and site performance.
