Benefits of Gypsum at Jersey Airport

4R Technical Director, Dr Paul Gibbs has this week been on the island of Jersey, advising Jersey airport on the benefits of using compost enhanced with gypsum, to encourage the growth of grass around airport taxiways. Monitoring of grass response will be measured in conjunction with Jersey airport engineering department.  Paul was glad to report compost spreading without incident and normal airport operations were able to continue without any delays being caused!
