Operations Manager – Waste Recycling & Land Restoration Vacancy

A vacancy currently exists for an Operations Manager in the South of England (from the South West up to around the M4 corridor area) to take responsibility for the following:

• overall management of operational staff, planning, coordination and delivery of waste recycling contracts involving land-spreading activities, restoration sites, mobile treatment licence sites and permanent permitted sites
• managing and finding suitable land for recycling operations, both agricultural waste recycling sites or sites for land restoration
• managing the collection of soil, water and waste samples and dispatch for analysis and carrying out field pollution and H&S risk assessments
• overall management of delivery of materials to recycling points, carrying out stockpile storage management, overseeing land-spreading operations and carrying out post spreading inspections
