Technical Director of the Organics Group of REA Visits Hatfield Restoration Project

On 28th August Jeremy Jacobs paid a visit to two of 4R Group’s on-going spoil tip restoration projects, at the former collieries Hatfield and Harworth in South Yorkshire.
He was surprised at the sheer scale of the operations and impressed with the quality of the restored areas where using organic materials supplied by his members 4R Group had turned Spoil into Soil.
Jeremy was accompanied by Paul Whyatt, Land Restoration Manager and Graham Roberts, Operations Manager (North).
